The two-story parking garage of the Harbour View Condominium had a substantial cracking problem with walls, columns & beams around the perimeter of the structure.
A detailed inspection by Art Engineering revealed localized concrete spalls, cracks, and delamination’s in the Walls, Beams & Columns. The most severe distress occurred in the west wall that required a full removal of exterior veneer and supporting block to properly remove the delaminated concrete.
Elastomeric Coating was applied to the interior walls of the garage to hide previous repairs completed by contractors and to brighten the garage that has recently suffered visibility issues.
