Mascon was awarded the contract at 710 Cotton Mill in 2020 to complete structural beam repairs & heritage masonry repairs on the original masonry wall that was constructed in the early 1900s.
The building also underwent balcony repairs and an all new pedestrian coating system on all balconys.
