Over the course of 2 years and 4 phases of work, Mascon Restorations completed wood balcony repairs at the “Bayswater” complex
4 Buildings received complete removal & replacement of wood balconies, This consisted of new installation framing, joist repairs, plywood, soffit, fascia and all new pedestrian coating & aluminum railings.
The buildings also underwent caulking installation & masonry repairs throughout each building.
The project was lead by Cleland Jardine Engineering.
