Mascon Restorations was hired as the General Contractor for a podium deck replacement at LCC4 in Brockville Ontario.
Over the course of many months Mascon completed extensive concrete repairs & waterproofing installation. The roof received an all new sloped roofing system, architectural deck tiles, aluminum glass railings & exterior cladding.
The podium deck was also converted into new patios for the owners to enjoy!
